Weigh In Day!

So this was week 1 back on Weight Watchers. Historically speaking not the best first week on a diet I've had. One day at work I had a salad which was good! The other day I worked I had wings & fries, not so good. But since it was the only thing I ate all damn day, there wasn't much damage done. I tracked about 45% of what I ate this week. Bad, I know.

But I still was able to lose 4lbs! My new scales (Withings WiFi scale) weighed me in last week at 210lbs?! Which I am certain is not correct. New scales hurt my heart. Well today I was 206lbs. I'll take it. I almost forgot what I weight in at last week & told Don "I didn't lose." Then I logged my weight on the WW site & saw "YOU LOST 4LBS!" Awesome sauce!

Right now I have pork & BBQ sauce in the crock pot. Going to make pulled pork. Although its best with pork shoulder, its what we had around. So it'll work! Side of veggies. Maybe a salad.
